1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Axes of Fate ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Axes of Fate is a free application published by Left Coast Specialists, Inc. that provides scoring and game management for axe throwing activities. The App is available on iOS and Android, includes 12 game modes, and works fully offline on your device. Optional cloud features (game history, settings sync, feedback, community t-shirt ideas) are available when you sign in.

3. Cost

The App is provided free of charge. There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or hidden fees.

4. User Accounts

The App does not require a user account to function. All core features work offline without registration. You may optionally sign in to access cloud features such as settings sync, game history, feedback submission, and community features. You must be 13 years or older to create an account. If you choose to sign in, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. You may delete your account at any time from within the App.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in the App are the property of Left Coast Specialists, Inc. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Left Coast Specialists, Inc. does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Left Coast Specialists, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. The App is a scoring tool — always follow proper safety guidelines when participating in axe throwing activities.

9. Safety Notice

Axes of Fate is a scoring application only. It does not replace proper safety training, supervision, or equipment. Always follow the safety rules and guidelines of your axe throwing venue. Left Coast Specialists, Inc. is not responsible for any injuries that occur during axe throwing activities.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. App Store Terms

Your use of the App is also subject to the terms of the platform from which you downloaded it, including the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement or Google Play Terms of Service, as applicable. In the event of a conflict between these terms and the platform's terms, the platform's terms shall prevail to the extent required.
