By downloading, installing, or using Axes of Fate ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Axes of Fate is a free iOS application published by Left Coast Specialists, Inc. that provides scoring and game management for axe throwing activities. The App includes 12 game modes and runs entirely on your device.

3. Cost

The App is provided free of charge. There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or hidden fees.

4. User Accounts

The App does not require or support user accounts. No registration, login, or personal information is needed to use the App.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in the App are the property of Left Coast Specialists, Inc. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose: scoring and managing axe throwing games. You agree not to:

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Left Coast Specialists, Inc. does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Left Coast Specialists, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. The App is a scoring tool — always follow proper safety guidelines when participating in axe throwing activities.

9. Safety Notice

Axes of Fate is a scoring application only. It does not replace proper safety training, supervision, or equipment. Always follow the safety rules and guidelines of your axe throwing venue. Left Coast Specialists, Inc. is not responsible for any injuries that occur during axe throwing activities.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Apple App Store Terms

Your use of the App is also subject to the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement. In the event of a conflict between these terms and Apple's terms, Apple's terms shall prevail to the extent required.
